  13. (i.e. over 60 or 90 days). Account statements can be printed detailing charges,
  14. payments, and insurance forms submitted for patients. Insurance and private
  15. amounts due are itemized. Encounter forms can be printed including patient
  16. demographic data, insurance plan, account balance, and prior credit
  17. information. Recall reporting identifies patients that require a follow-up
  18. visit to the office. Referral tracking and reporting summarizes source of new
  19. patients. Production analysis reporting allows for production and income
  20. break-down by providers. Additional modules can be added including PMC
  21. Appointment Manager, Electronic Claims, and PMC Report Retrieval.
